We take full responsibility for the secure storage of your inventory and the efficient, on-time fulfillment of all orders. However, we want to clearly communicate the following terms:

Inventory Condition:

Upon receipt of inventory, we will promptly inform you of any visible damage or discrepancies. Please note that we are not responsible for any inventory that arrives damaged or in poor condition.

Shipping & Carrier Responsibility:

We use USPS for all order fulfillment. Any delays, losses, or damages that occur once the package is in transit with USPS are beyond our control, and we cannot be held liable for such incidents.

Claims:

In the event of a claim, the maximum compensation limit is $50 per incident of handling $2.5 per package shipment and $100 per incident of handling $4 per package.
